Meet Jiro, a 3 star sushi chef with a lifelong devotion to perfection. In this inspiring documentary you'll see how this man took nothing, turned it into something, and made that something legendary. He is a chef worthy of employment of a king, and although he is in his 80's has not retired. Jiros dream includes setting his two sons up for success and teaching them to love what they do. I must warn you though DO NOT WATCH WHEN HUNGRY! & if you end up wanting to eat at his restaurant call and make reservations now, because you've got a months worth of waiting to do. Bottom line is this is a great story of a great mans life, so next time your Netflix surfing give Jiro a shot.
